Furry Friends

From Sunday night to Wednesday night, my family was watching Phoebe, my parents dog. So needless to say, our house was a little crowded with the four legged kind. Between our cat and our dog and Phoebe, it got a little hairy :) Feeding times where the most interesting. We are trying to feed our cat less since he is very fat and barely fitting through his cat door, which makes him hungry all the time. The cat was eating the puppy food, the puppy was eating Phoebe's food, and Phoebe was less than impressed. She wouldn't eat or drink if Dixie was in her bowls. Then there's Dixie and her puppiness, her need to attack and play with Phoebe's ears and the cat's tail. The worst moments came in the middle of the night Tuesday, after discovering that Soren had fed Phoebe her entire bag of treats. She threw up several times that night. Not pleasant! Now that she has gone home, I think Dixie misses her, and the cat wishes the puppy had someone else to torture.
