Fantastic Four!

My baby turned 4 on June 20th. It's hard to believe that it has already been 4 years since that infamous summer. Soren is a pretty awesome kid and has done well as the spoiled little brother. He does a mean "throw myself on the ground" tantrum when he doesn't get his way and has mastered crying so the other kids will give him what he wants. Oh the joys of being 4. The terrible twos are never that bad for me, I hate 4. Like yesterday when Soren was asked to give Stryder a turn on the xbox and he willingly gave up the controller only to then pout and say he wasn't part of this family and that he was going to die. Talk about dramatic! But there are so many good things about Soren too. He is my cuddle-bug. He loves to sit in my lap and have me "tickle" him, really I just lightly run my fingertips up and down his arms or across his back or belly, but he LOVES it! Since his last birthday he has been potty trained and was my easiest. I was shocked really at how easy he was. He's very independent and likes to do everything on his own. The xbox is still his "weapon" of choice. That kid has got it figured out! He loves to pray and is very polite. His dimpled smile lights up my days.
